Bay size guide
Sizes are width × height × depth of the enclosure itself. Plan a room at least 3.0m wide, 2.7m high (3m or more is ideal) and 4.2m long (4.3m for SIM 5 and 6; 2.8m for the 1m-deep SIM 0), with 30cm behind the screen and 8cm clear each side of the frame.

The questions everyone asks
What ceiling height do I need?
2.7m is the minimum for a full driver swing, and 3m or more is ideal. The SIM 0 to SIM 4 bays are 2.5m tall; SIM 5 and SIM 6 are 3m tall and need a ceiling of at least 3.1m. If you’re between those numbers, a few full driver swings in the room will settle it — or send us a video and we’ll tell you.
Do I need a PC or laptop?
Not to start: Square Golf runs from its app on a phone or tablet and the included projector shows it on the wall. A laptop or PC is only needed if you later want third-party simulator software.
How does Square Golf compare with the Mevo Gen2 or a Garmin Approach® R50?
Square Golf is the most affordable way into a full room and reads club path and face as standard; the Mevo Gen2 only adds them with the paid FlightScope Pro Package. The Mevo is radar and better outdoors; the R50 runs a simulator with no device at all. The table above is the honest version.
